Hi Parents!
Tonight's homework is page 213. Students are practicing interpreting what a remainder means in the context of different word problems. Also, Since Chapter 4 is quite long, and we won't be able to finish it before the holiday, we've decided to divide it into 2 parts. The test for sections 4.1-4.5 will be on Thursday of next week. Students will take a practice/review test, as usual, but you may want to encourage them to use Think Central to start reviewing the sections we've already completed.
Also, don't forget to read all about our holiday activities on yesterday's post. We do need a few parents to volunteer their time on Wednesday, 12/13, to help us with our Gingerbread House STEAM project, and we also need a few volunteers to make icing at home and send it in. We're asking all students to choose at least one item from the supplies list to contribute. Check yesterday's post for details!
